Sublease: Unterschied zwischen den Versionen

Residents, that are not going to stay in HaDiKo for a certain amount of time, can sublease their room. It is however important that the resident will stay in HaDiKo after the sublease. If you do not plan to return, [[Kündigung & Auszug|termination of your contract]] is the right choice. Residents are not allowed to make a profit from subleasing and are not allowed to let theirs subtenant use their HaDiNet internet connection. The subtenant has to be an enrolled student of any university or college. Subleases that exceed 6 months over the course of one year can only be approved if the main-tenants absence is mandated by their studies and the resident can produce evidence of this. Subleases at the very beginning or end of their residency may only be approved after explicit approval by the [[erVo]].
