Residents, that are not going to stay in HaDiKo for a certain amount of time, can sublease their room. It is however important that the resident will stay in HaDiKo after the sublease. If you do not plan to return, [[Kündigung & Auszug|termination of your contract]] is the right choice. Residents are not allowed to make a profit from subleasing and are not allowed to let theirs subtenant use their HaDiNet internet connection.
